1. The above quotation does not provide compensation for time delay. If you need to promise compensation for time delay, additional fees will be charged. For details, please consult the business/service customer.
2. For partial loss of goods (referring to the loss of non-whole or whole ticket), damage, wetness, theft/looting due to force majeure, etc., the compensation shall not exceed RMB2000 /CBM according to industry standards. The freight will not be refunded and no dispute will be made.
3. If the goods are lost during transportation (the whole ticket is not collected), our company will compensate according to the purchase value, and the compensation standard shall not exceed RMB2000/CBM without refund of freight. Please provide the purchase invoice, payment certificate, etc., and enter into the claim procedure.
4. If the goods are lost after being extracted (including occasional unscanned goods on the whole ticket, which is a common logistics leakage phenomenon and our company is not responsible for it), the freight will not be refunded. The compensation shall be made according to the logistics compensation plan, and the purchase value compensation shall not exceed 1000USD per ticket at most.
5. The deduction shall be treated as lost; if the sender underreports, fails to declare the product name, fails to pass product certification or infringes the rights and interests, the sender shall bear the responsibility, and we reserve the right to claim compensation for the losses caused by the sender to our company.
6. It is recommended to purchase insurance for high-value products. Our company can purchase insurance on behalf of you. For details, please consult the business/service customer.
