1. Receiving time: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, 8:30-18:00. For legal holidays, the receiving arrangement will be announced one week in advance. Information will be posted in the work group, on the notice board at the warehouse entrance, on the official account and wechat Moments of Lianwo Container Transport.
2. For goods arriving at the warehouse after 18:00, an appointment with the warehouse keeper must be made one hour in advance. In case of delayed entry due to the delivery party, if the goods arrive after 19:00, the delivery party (or the driver) shall pay an overtime fee of 100 yuan per hour; if they arrive after 20:00, an overtime fee of 200 yuan per hour shall be paid.
3. All consignors of goods to be stored in the warehouse (non-temporary rental) must log in to our company's Lianwo Consolidation's "Warehouse Dog" mini-program to register an independent identification code before the goods are stored in the warehouse. Only after the system is filed can the goods be stored in the warehouse. At the same time, follow the "Lianwo Consolidated Transport Official Account" to check the dynamic information of the goods.
4. When placing an order for online shopping express delivery, the seller (consignor) is required to note the country name + their own name + identification number on the waybill, for example: 8c Ge 'an Warehouse, Xiongle International Logistics Park, Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, TONNY 12345, UK. Moreover, the seller (consignor) must not use hidden * characters and must display all of them.
5. The warehouse keeper will affix a special shipping mark to the goods upon their entry into the warehouse, distinguishing them from those of other consignors.
6. The warehouse will not accept goods for which customer information cannot be identified
7. If a diesel forklift is needed for unloading, please confirm by phone with the warehouse keeper before departure. If unloading is not confirmed temporarily, wait for the forklift.
8. For goods weighing more than 3 tons or with a volume larger than 3 cubic meters, 5-ton or 10-ton forklifts are required, and the charges will be based on market prices.
9. If the warehouse keeper is required to provide packaging services such as wooden frame construction, wooden box construction, film wrapping and strapping, the requirements and charging standards must be confirmed in advance.
10. If the customer requests the seller (including the delivery person and the third party of the factory) to assemble wooden frames or crates in our warehouse by themselves, they must apply and report two days in advance. For volumes less than 1 cubic meter, a site fee of 10 yuan will be charged each time; for volumes exceeding 1 cubic meter, a fee of 50 yuan will be charged each time, with a limit of 0.5 days.
11. The warehouse does not offer a cash on delivery service for freight or express delivery. The default payment for express delivery or logistics by entrusting the warehouse manager is cash on delivery.
12. Goods delivered to the warehouse on the day of loading without prior confirmation and filing will not be loaded into the container and must be arranged and loaded in the next container.
13. If you purchase important or urgent items and need the assistance of the warehouse keeper to track the logistics progress and the status of entry and exit from the warehouse, please report to the warehouse keeper in a timely manner.
14. For items whose consignor cannot be confirmed, information will be posted on the "Lianwo Official Account" for public display for 30 days. During the display period, they will be temporarily stored for free. If the goods are not claimed within the time limit, they will be treated as ownerless goods, and our company will not bear any losses.
15. The warehouse does not provide unloading services, but it does offer unloading tools, equipment and convenient conditions. If you need to hire workers outside the warehouse for unloading, please make an appointment one day in advance. If you have not made an appointment for unloading, you must wait for the workers.
16. The labor cost for unloading is 10 yuan per cubic meter and 20 yuan per ton. If the volume is less than 1 cubic meter, it will be charged as 1 cubic meter; if it is less than 1 ton, it will be charged as 1 ton. The starting price for forklifts is 50 yuan per pallet, and an additional 20 yuan will be charged for each pallet exceeding this amount.
17. If the packaging is found to be damaged during unloading, the warehouse keeper will take photos and videos as evidence and notify the customer on the spot. If there is any damage to the goods, it must be confirmed by the customer and then negotiated with the delivery person for a solution. If the packaging is damaged but does not harm the goods, the delivery person shall repair or repackage it by themselves. If the warehouse is required to provide services, the charges will be based on the market price. If it is a minor damage to the warehouse pipe, free repair is provided. If the consignor cannot be contacted immediately due to time difference or other reasons and confirmation cannot be made on the spot, it is assumed that the consignor has authorized the warehouse keeper to handle the matter.
18. All the goods entering the warehouse shall be photographed and entered into the system. If the outer packaging is undamaged but the internal products are damaged, the warehouse shall not be responsible for the loss.
19. If there is significant damage to the packaging or the goods, the warehouse keeper will make a note on the "Delivery Note" stating the degree of damage to the packaging and goods, the number of damaged items, signed by the delivery driver and the warehouse keeper, and noting the driver's mobile phone number, which will be immediately posted in the working group.
20. For goods that have been warehoused but not yet loaded into containers in this warehouse and need to be transferred out of the warehouse, an appointment should be made two days in advance. The goods can be dispatched from the warehouse only after the fees are settled.
21. When delivering goods, you must carry documents such as the "Delivery Note". The warehouse keeper will receive the goods according to the order. The warehouse does not provide order issuance services. The warehouse keeper's signature on the "Delivery Note" is valid, and no seal signature is provided.
22. Goods entering the warehouse must be marked with shipping marks. Goods without shipping marks must be affixed or marked on the spot by the delivery person. Goods without shipping marks are prohibited from entering the warehouse. If you need the warehouse keeper's assistance in affiying the shipping marks, you must make an appointment one day in advance. Affiying the shipping marks is free for up to 10 items, and for each item exceeding 10, a charge of 1 yuan will be applied.
23. When factories and third-party logistics departments deliver goods, it is recommended to use trucks with tailboards.
24. When unloading, the consignor (including the factory or a third party, etc.) shall place and store the goods at the designated location by the warehouse keeper.
25. Our company offers a 30-day free storage period for full container customers. For those exceeding 30 days, prior registration and application are required. VIP customers can enjoy a free storage period of up to one year.
26. For goods that are chartered by our company for shipping, booking space, trucking, container loading and customs declaration, no storage fee and document processing fee of 200 yuan per container will be charged. If there is no such service and the goods are not temporarily stored by the company's long-term cooperative customers, they must be reported one by one. The charge is 8 yuan per cubic meter per day. The storage fee and document processing fee should be paid in full before shipment.
27. For goods applying for temporary storage, a "Temporary Storage Agreement" must be signed, and a "Statement of Account" should be issued at the time of settlement.
28. Goods prohibited from being stored in the warehouse for export to the UK: food, cosmetics, brand products, various batteries, liquids, powder products, anti-dumping products (tiles, solar energy, etc.); If you wish to purchase, please confirm with our company before placing an order. Without confirmation and permission, if you privately conceal, smuggl or conceal, resulting in customs inspection, seizure, fine and investigation, all losses and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the party involved, the consignor.
29. The volume measurement of the goods is calculated based on the maximum specification of the goods packaging. The data is rounded to the nearest whole number, and the weight data is rounded to two decimal places.
30. If there are non-urgent goods to be loaded into containers, they can be loaded into containers when the cumulative volume in this warehouse reaches more than 1 cubic meter. Please report in advance if you need such a service.
